Our trained technicians remove waste material and clean customer space. We remove dirt, dust, and litter from all surfaces including furniture, walls, floors, rest rooms, and glass.
Grounds Maintenance
These services address all types of maintenance of lawns, trees, shrubs, and other plants. This includes mowing, trimming, controlling weeds and soil fertilization, as well as cleanup of planting areas, lawns,
and leaves.
HVAC/Mechanical
Skilled technicians plan, design, install, and maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, and refrigeration. We address system malfunctions to isolate problems, perform repairs, and conduct

Maintenance
EFI inspects and tests equipment to diagnose malfunctions and remove defective parts. We perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting drives and motors on equipment as well as preventive, proactive,
and predictive maintenance.
Plumbing
EFI plumbing services include planning, designing, and installing plumbing systems and fixtures. EFI technicians also conduct drain cleanings and drain camera inspections, as well as conduct gas testing, backflow testing,
and water heater maintenance.
